1. Program description
Master Clips Barber Shop may send a one-time SMS verification code when you create a phone-based account or request a phone-number change. The code verifies and secures your account.
We also send SMS messages about appointments, including confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, rescheduling, cancellations, barber changes, and no-show notices.
2. Consent and message frequency
By actively selecting the SMS appointment notification checkbox, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Account verification codes are sent only in response to your account-registration or phone-change request and do not require the optional appointment notification checkbox.
Message frequency varies based on your account actions, appointments, and appointment changes. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opting out and help
Reply STOP to opt out of appointment SMS messages. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After replying STOP, reply START to the SMS number to re-enable messages.

4. Privacy
Phone numbers, verification codes, and SMS consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers only to operate account security and appointment communications.
