1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and to any additional policies shown during the booking or registration flow. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Accounts and booking responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the booking tools only for legitimate appointments. Appointment availability is limited and may change without notice based on staffing, shop hours, or service load.
If you create an account with a phone number or change the phone number on your account, we may send a one-time verification code to confirm that number. Verification codes are requested by you, are used only to secure your account, and do not enroll you in appointment SMS notifications or marketing messages.
We may cancel, reschedule, or reject bookings that contain false information, duplicate accounts, abuse of the system, or suspicious activity.
3. SMS and mobile communication
If you actively consent to text messaging, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, rescheduling, cancellations, barber changes, and no-show notifications. These messages are service-related, appointment-only, and not intended for emergencies.
Separate from appointment notifications, we may send one-time account verification codes when you request phone-based registration or a phone-number change. These security messages are not marketing and do not require the optional appointment SMS consent checkbox.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP to opt out of messages sent from the applicable SMS phone number and HELP for help. Reply START to that number if you want to receive messages again.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking, and appointment consent does not include marketing messages.

4. Cancellations, no-shows, and service changes
Appointment windows, late-arrival rules, cancellation limits, and no-show handling may be set by the shop and can change over time. We may also modify services, operating hours, pricing, or availability without advance notice when operational needs require it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to break, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the booking system, account management tools, or administrative workflows. We reserve the right to suspend access when activity threatens the integrity or security of the service.
6. Google Maps and review content
The public site may display review content supplied by Google Maps. Use of that content is also subject to the Google Maps termsand the Google Terms of Service.
